We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Unopened, non-medicinal products in their original packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged or were sent in error.

What cannot be returned

For your safety, medicines, opened personal-care items and cold-chain products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (M-Pesa or card) within 5 working days.
