How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 4 PM within Nairobi are usually delivered the same day. Other towns take 1–3 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown at checkout. Delivery is free within Nairobi on orders over KSh 3,000.

Can I collect my order from a branch?

Yes. Choose “Station pickup” at checkout and select your preferred branch. Collection is free.

How do I pay?

You can pay with M-Pesa, Visa or Mastercard, or cash on delivery.

Do you sell prescription medicines?

Yes. Upload a clear photo of a valid prescription on the Upload Prescription page and a pharmacist will contact you.

Can I return a product?

Unopened, non-medicinal products can be returned within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
